I’ve been working with Mary for 18 months, and when I say I’m a completely different person I am not exaggerating. Yes I’m fitter and more confident with my physique, but outside of that I feel so capable to take on anything. My biggest problem was consistency. Mary is so much more than a personal trainer. Before meeting her, I didn’t have a great work life balance. I thought I would always be a stressed out medical student. That was until Mary helped me create a “tool box!” I’ve since developed coping mechanisms, and learned how to regulate my body and listen to its needs.   • The workshops will be on Monday evenings so hopefully it works for everyone, but they’ll all be recorded so you can get to them later in the week.

    The whatsapp group will be used for Q&A, so if you have questions from the recordings, you’ll get your answers!

  • While The Glow Blueprint is designed to be a hybrid program (online and in person), a discounted price will be offered to you exclusively. This option is only available for girls outside the state.

  • No! The Glow Blueprint is specifically designed to teach you how to eat intuitively, for life, prioritising good nutrition, not just hitting macros.

    I don’t encourage anyone to be in a calorie deficit for the duration of the 10 weeks (and for a while after) as a deficit is not conducive to healing in most cases.
